If you are a landlord, it is a legal requirement for you to provide your tenants with a gas safety certificate. This ensures your tenants that all gas appliances and fittings are working safely, keeping them and their family safe. Who needs a gas safety certificate?
It is legal requirement for all landlords renting out a property with gas appliances. 

Which appliances or fixing need testing? 
Appliances such as gas boilers and gas cookers need to be thoroughly tested. It is important to know that all appliances in the house before a tenant moves in is inspected but any appliances they bring with them does not. 

What do I do when I get my gas safety certificate?
You need to make sure that a gas safety certificate is available to your new tenant, as soon as they arrive and for any current tenants. Please note that we will send across all gas safety certificates by email after completing our checks.
